Welcome to the Media Passes page! As we gear up for our highly anticipated concert event on June 19th at the Howard County Fairgrounds, we’re excited to invite media professionals to be part of this unforgettable event.

If you’re a member of the media interested in covering our concert, we invite you to submit an application for a media pass. We welcome applications from a variety of media outlets including syndicated radio, established news outlets, and accredited bloggers who cover events. Please note that media pass approval is at our discretion and we reserve the right to verify all credentials.

All approved media personnel are required to check in with our Media Coordinator, Jodi Covington, upon arrival to receive their media pass. This pass will grant you access to our designated media tent throughout the concert, which serves as a base for your reporting activities.

Please be mindful of the following rules and guidelines for media personnel:

1. *Interviews:* Opportunities to interview artists will be available at pre-approved times. Our team will inform you about the schedule and facilitate the process.
2. *On-Stage Access:* Media personnel are not permitted on stage at any time during the event.
3. *Media Credentials:* Your media pass must be visibly worn at all times during the event.
4. *Media Tent:* The media tent is a space for approved media personnel only. Access will be granted only to those who have received a media pass.

By submitting your application, you agree to abide by these rules and guidelines to ensure a smooth and successful event. Violation of any rule may result in the revocation of your media pass.
